We’ve gotten a good deal of writing done the last few days thanks to our G4 jetpack. But we’ve also taken time to enjoy the lake and the woods here at a state camp between Raleigh and Durham North Carolina.
Lori has breakfast and quiet time – with two squirrels playing chase around and over her.
Eating lunch by the lake. In the distance, you can see a fellow launching a paddle board.
The path from the lake to our RV. You can just see our red truck.
One of two flowering trees that, along with some honeysuckle, have given us olfactory enjoyment.
Found this nice spot on a hike.
And we nabbed a cache on our hike!
The local fishing pier. Next year I’m bring a pole.
Relaxing after dinner.
Our last sunset here.
The only way to end a beautiful day!
Goodbye Falls Lake – it’s been fun!
