All Chocolate, All The Time

We were going near Hershey, Pennsylvania, so we decided to check it out.

It’s chocolate world, compleat with a factory tour, a theme park, and a lot of retail space.

We ate lunch there, and the potato chips, pretzels, and the Kaiser roll for my sandwich all had chocolate sprinkled on them.

Covered Bridge

This is one of the few still in use covered bridges in Lancaster, PA. It’s also the home of a geocache.

The bridge was actually pieced together from two other bridges that were being torn down, but you would never know it to look at it.

City Life

We got to spend some time in Dorchester (aka Boston) with friends we had not seen in way too long.

Life in the heart of Dorchester is rather different than our place in the middle of nowhere. The great thing is how much is close by. We walked to other friends’ house, to church, and to get a few groceries. Aside from being good exercise, walking means you don’t lose your parking place on the crowded streets! (The picture above was after everyone had left for work in the morning.)
